Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsmanagement-Konzepten.
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung.
  • Durchführung interner Audits und Unterstützung bei externen Audits.
  • Erstellung und Pflege der QM-Dokumentation.
  • Schulung und Unterstützung des Teams zu QM-relevanten Themen.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften im Bereich der Zahnmedizin.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im medizinischen Sektor.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit QM-Systemen und -Tools.
  • Detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung.
