In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung rechtskonformer und effizienter Import- und Exportprozesse für unsere Standorte in Deutschland und Österreich. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams sorgen Sie dafür, dass globale Lieferketten reibungslos funktionieren und regulatorische Anforderungen zuverlässig erfüllt werden. Ihre Verantwortung
- Ansprechpartner für alle zollrelevanten Themen an den Standorten in Deutschland und Österreich – sowohl intern als auch gegenüber Zollbehörden, Speditionen und Frachtführern
- Beantragung, Verwaltung und Sicherstellung der Compliance von zollrechtlichen Bewilligungen und Vereinfachungen (z. B. AEO, besondere Zollverfahren) sowie Pflege der Zollstammdaten in SAP
- Durchführung von Exportkontrollklassifizierungen (HS-/TARIC-Codes, ECCN, Dual-Use-Güter) sowie Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Genehmigungsanträgen für Dual-Use- und Militärgüter in Abstimmung mit Global Trade Compliance (GTC)
- Identifikation und Lösung von Handels- und Compliance-Risiken, einschließlich Bewertung von Ergebnissen der Sanktionslistenprüfungen, Klassifizierungen und Nutzung von Genehmigungen
- Überwachung relevanter KPIs, beispielsweise zur Zollabfertigungsdauer und Compliance-Performance, Schulung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu Zoll- und Exportkontrollthemen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung lokaler Prozesse.
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, zum/r Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll, internationale Logistik oder Außenhandels-Compliance
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen und/oder österreichischen Zollbehörden sowie mit dem Zollabwicklungssystem ATLAS
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Incoterms und der HS-/TARIC-Klassifizierung für Import- und Exportwaren
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Bevorzugte Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse der Anforderungen nach ITAR, EAR sowie der EU-Dual-Use-Verordnung
- Erfahrung bei der Betreuung von AEO-Zertifizierungen oder anderen zollrechtlichen Bewilligungen und Vereinfachungsverfahren
- Erfahrung mit Sanktionslisten-Screening-Tools und den dazugehörigen Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der standort- und funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Finance oder Supply Chain in außenhandels- und compliancebezogenen Themen
