Where do hirly’s job listings come from?
hirly lists 2,743,290 live job openings from 204,484 employers. Most come straight from employers’ own career pages on hiring systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters. The rest come from public job boards, including Germany’s Federal Employment Agency and USAJOBS. hirly marks a posting closed after its source stops listing it.
Employers’ career pages
Most companies publish their openings through a hiring system. hirly reads the public career pages those systems host, so a listing is the employer’s own posting rather than a copy on a job board. Systems read today:
- Greenhouse
- Lever
- Ashby
- Workday
- SmartRecruiters
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle Recruiting
- BambooHR
- Personio
- Recruitee
- Workable
- Breezy HR
- Paylocity
- Keka
Public job boards
A smaller share comes from public boards, including:
- Germany’s Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit)
- USAJOBS, for US federal government roles
- Adzuna
Keeping listings current
hirly reads career pages again on a rolling cycle, usually within a day. When a posting stops appearing at its source, hirly marks it closed, normally at the next read and at most a few days later if the source was only partly readable. Closed postings are not matched against your resume.
