Ein eigener Bereich ist der ambulante Pflegedienst, in dem sowohl ambulante Kinderkrankenpflege als auch ambulante Krankenpflege angeboten wird.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll- oder Teilzeit
zur Erweiterung unseres Pflegeteams im Bereich der 1:1 Betreuung Pflegefachkräfte, Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflegekräfte, Gesundheits-und Krankenpflegekräfte (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

In der 1:1 Betreuung übernehmen Sie die Behandlungs-, Palliativ- und Intensivpflege in der häuslichen Umgebung oder bei Schul- und Kitabegleitungen.

Sie sind *Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Pflegefachkraft
