## Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) und Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) gesucht – außerklinische Intensivpflege

### 1) Examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der ganzheitlichen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Überwachung und Bedienung von Beatmungs- und Monitoringgeräten
  • Medikamentengabe und Umsetzung ärztlicher Anordnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Pflegedokumentation und Teilnahme an Dienstübergaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Altenpflege)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege wünschenswert (nicht zwingend)

### 2) Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Personalführung, Einsatzplanung und Teamkoordination
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Kostenträgern
  • Unterstützung bei Qualitätsmanagement und Prüfungen (MDK etc.)

Ihr Profil:

  • Anerkannte Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft nach § 71 SGB XI oder Studium im Pflegemanagement
  • Leitungserfahrung im ambulanten Bereich wünschenswert
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Engagement
