Wir suchen motivierte Mitarbeiter\*innen zur Betreuung von 10 Kindern und Jugendlichen einer Kinder- und Jugendwohngruppe.

Einrichtung: Familienorientiertes Wohnen Gräfenhain

Arbeitsort: Am Sportplatz 11, 01936 Königsbrück OT Gräfenhain

Welche Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten, Erfahrungen sollte Sie mitbringen?

1.) zwingend erforderlich:

Fachkraftabschluss als:

Staatlich anerkannter Erzieher (m/w/d)

Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d)

Heilpädagoge (m/w/d)

Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d)

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
  • Nachweis gültige Masernschutzimpfung
  • Führerschein (Klasse B)
  • wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber unseren Klienten

2.) vorhanden sein sollte:

  • bestenfalls Berufserfahrung – vorzugsweise in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie
  • Selbstorganisation und Reflexionsfähigkeit
