We are seeking an experienced independent recruiter who already understands the Managed Services Provider (MSP), IT Services, and Technology Solutions space.

Position Summary

Entech is seeking an experienced 1099 Contract Recruiter with proven success recruiting professionals within the Managed Services, IT Services, Technology Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Services industries.

This individual will be responsible for both active candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating positions, with a heavy focus on inside and outside sales roles.

We are not looking for someone who only posts jobs and reviews applicants. The ideal recruiter proactively identifies, engages, and builds relationships with passive candidates while also managing applicants through the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Candidates must have experience recruiting sales professionals who sell managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, professional services, or other technology offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Actively source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry groups, and direct outreach.
  • Recruit for roles including:
  • Service Desk
  • NOC and Infrastructure
  • Systems Engineers
  • Cybersecurity
  • Project Engineers
  • Service Managers
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Account Management
  • Operations and Leadership roles
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
  • Evaluate technical experience and cultural alignment.
  • Ability to present qualified candidates with detailed recruiter notes to hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and HR.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Assist with recruitment strategy and market intelligence.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within:
  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • IT consulting firms
  • Technology services organizations
  • Cybersecurity organizations
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Managed Services
  • Microsoft technologies
  • Networking
  • Cybersecurity
  • Infrastructure support
  • Cloud services
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates through LinkedIn and networking.
  • Experience with active recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to assess technical qualifications before submission.

Experience

  • Prior experience recruiting for an MSP.
  • Experience with MSP specific line of business applications
  • Existing network of IT professionals.
  • Experience recruiting across Florida markets.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, HaloPSA, Microsoft, Azure, cybersecurity, and IT operations roles.
