What You'll Be Doing

• •Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• •Collect, analyze, and accurately document test results, identifying trends and reporting findings to operations teams.
• •Monitor production processes and collaborate with plant personnel to maintain product quality and consistency.
• •Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions.

Work Environment

This role requires work in both laboratory and production environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. The position may involve standing for extended periods, lifting materials, climbing stairs or ladders, and conducting testing in both indoor and outdoor settings. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided.
