für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir einen Business Analyst (m/w/d) SAP IS-U.

Aufgaben:

  • Ermittlung, Analyse und Klärung fachlicher Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung verständlicher und aussagekräftiger Anforderungsdokumentationen
  • Spezifikation, Strukturierung, Modellierung und Visualisierung von Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz, Eindeutigkeit und Messbarkeit der Anforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Product Owner und agilem Entwicklungsteam
  • Unterstützung des Product Owners als Business Analyst und Proxy Product Owner
  • Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Dokumentation und Anforderungsmanagement mit Jira und Confluence

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP IS-U
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Energieversorgung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Wechselprozesse GPKE, GeLi Gas und WiM, einschließlich Lieferantenwechsel24h
  • Erfahrung mit An- und Abmeldungen, Lieferbeginn, Fristen, Formatvorgaben wie UTILMD sowie Klärfallmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Stammdatenänderungen, insbesondere Marktlokationen, Zählpunkten und Vertragsdaten
  • Erfahrung mit dem Datenaustausch und der Marktkommunikation mit Netzbetreibern und Messstellenbetreibern
  • Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence sowie idealerweise als Product Owner bzw. Proxy PO
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu ca. 2 Tagen pro Woche vor Ort; ein höherer Homeoffice-Anteil ist nach Absprache möglich

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
