für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir einen Product Owner (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung einer Mobile App sowie Übersetzung der Produktvision in konkrete Ziele und Produktinitiativen
  • Verantwortung für das Product Backlog und Priorisierung nach Kundennutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeit und technischer Machbarkeit
  • Erstellung und Verfeinerung von User Stories, fachlichen Anforderungen und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Begleitung der Produktentwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, UX und Stakeholdern
  • Analyse qualitativer und quantitativer Daten zur Bewertung von Chancen, Risiken und Produktentscheidungen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Releases und Go-Lives unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Abhängigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner, Produktmanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Backlog Management, Requirements Engineering und der Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und Anwendungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban
  • Technisches Grundverständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklungsteams
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit datenbasierten Produktentscheidungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Kompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Produkt- und Kundenverständnis

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
