Liebes Netzwerk,

für unseren Kunden im Großraum München suchen wir einen Quality Inspector – Luft- und Raumfahrt (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Qualitätsinspektionen (IP, MIP, KIP) im Rahmen von MAIT-Aktivitäten einschließlich Testbegleitung und Hardwareprüfung
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung von Montage- und Integrationsarbeiten
  • Prüfung von Qualitätsdokumentationen, Arbeitsunterlagen und Inspektionsnachweisen gemäß geltenden QM-Prozessen
  • Kontrolle der Einsatzfähigkeit von Werkzeugen, Messmitteln und zeitkritischen Materialien
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) sowie Unterstützung von Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs)
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung im Projekt sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen, QS-Standards, Schulungskonzepten und Qualitätskennzahlen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement bzw. in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Dokumentation technischer Inspektionen
  • Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementprozessen, Prüfverfahren und Dokumentationsanforderungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) und der Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Projektergebnissen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Lean Management
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere für mehrmonatige Einsätze in Ottobrunn bei München, sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
