für unseren Kunden in Frankfurt suchen wir einen Testmanager / Testkoordinator – Testautomatisierung (m/w/d).
Aufgaben:
- Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Testaktivitäten innerhalb agiler Entwicklungsteams
- Entwicklung und Durchführung automatisierter UI- und API-Tests mit Robot Framework, Playwright und Thunder Client
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines teamübergreifenden Testdatenmanagements einschließlich Bereitstellung, Pflege und Anonymisierung
- Sicherstellung der Testabdeckung entlang der Testpyramide (Unit-, CDC-, API- und UI-Tests)
- Koordination übergreifender Testaktivitäten sowie Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsrisiken
- Erstellung von Testreports, Auswertung der Testergebnisse und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Testprozessen sowie Beratung der Entwicklungsteams hinsichtlich Testbarkeit und Qualitätssicherung
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement, in der Testkoordination und Testautomatisierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Testpyramide sowie in Unit-, CDC-, API- und UI-Tests
- Praktische Expertise mit Robot Framework, idealerweise auch Playwright
- Erfahrung im API-Testing (REST/OpenAPI), beispielsweise mit Thunder Client
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Testdatenmanagement sowie grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in JavaScript oder Python
- Kenntnisse in SAFe, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, Jira, Xray und Datenbanken von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu 10 % Vor-Ort-Einsatz in Frankfurt am Main
Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
