für unseren Kunden in Dresden suchen wir einen SAP Basis Lead (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Technische Betreuung und Unterstützung von SAP-Systemlandschaften im Umfeld SAP Cloud ERP Private
  • Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für SAP Basis Services bei mehreren Kunden
  • Koordination und Steuerung von SAP Basis Support- und Betriebsaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs und der Servicekontinuität
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Rahmen des 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
  • Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Betreuung von SAP-Anwendungen und -Systemen
  • Übernahme von Service-Governance-Aufgaben sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden und beteiligten Team

Anforderungen:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Basis und im technischen SAP-Systembetrieb
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante SAP-Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im technischen Support und in der Administration komplexer SAP-Systemlandschaften
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld SAP Cloud ERP Private
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Koordination und Steuerung von SAP Basis Services
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Supportprozessen und im Incident Management
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung mehrerer Kunden sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
