Für unseren Kunden in Frankfurt suchen wir einen Scrum Master (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Teams hinsichtlich Selbstorganisation und Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung agiler Prozesse nach Scrum, Kanban und SAFe
  • Moderation von Dailys, Retrospektiven, Workshops und weiteren agilen Meetings
  • Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen sowie Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen
  • Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog-Pflege und Priorisierung
  • Überwachung von Teamkapazitäten, agilen Metriken und Iterationszielen
  • Koordination teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei PI Planning und Inspect & Adapt
  • Begleitung von Softwareentwicklungs-, Release- und CI/CD-Prozessen

Anforderungen:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Team Coach
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban und SAFe
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation agiler Meetings und Workshops
  • Kenntnisse in agiler Softwareentwicklung, CI/CD und Release-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern
  • Kenntnisse agiler Metriken, Kapazitätsplanung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
