für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir einen IT-Sachbearbeiter – Asset Management (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Anwendern zu Client-Hardware, mobilen Endgeräten und Multifunktionsgeräten
  • Aufnahme und Klärung von Hardwareanforderungen
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Tickets im ITSM-System OTRS
  • Recherche und Auswahl geeigneter IT-Hardware
  • Pflege von Asset-, Standort- und Anwenderdaten im Asset-Management-System Spider
  • Unterstützung bei Lagerverwaltung, Inventur und Transport
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Workflows sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Auswertungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Client-Hardware, mobilen Endgeräten und Multifunktionsgeräten
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ITSM-Systemen, idealerweise OTRS
  • Praxiskenntnisse im IT-Asset-Management, idealerweise mit Spider
  • ITIL-Foundation-Zertifizierung (Version 3 oder höher)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
