Aufgaben:

Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in Geschäftsregeln, Use Cases und Tickets
Weiterentwicklung von IT-Lösungen für Angebots- und Antragsprozesse
Bewertung und Spezifikation von Änderungsanforderungen
Erstellung und Pflege von Anforderungen, User Stories und Backlogs
Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams
Erarbeitung tragfähiger Lösungskonzepte im agilen Team

Anforderungen:

Fundierte Erfahrung als Business Analyst in agilen Teams
Kenntnisse in Anforderungsanalyse, Spezifikation und Backlog-Management
Erfahrung mit User Stories, Use Cases und Ticket-Erstellung
Kenntnisse der Antrags- und Vertragsprozesse in der privaten Krankenversicherung
Verständnis vertrieblicher Abläufe
Klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Anwendungen
