für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir einen Senior Business Analyst – IT / DevOps (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Analyse, Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete für Entwicklungsteams
  • Fachliche Koordination und Steuerung agiler Entwicklungsteams
  • Begleitung von Reviews, Abnahmen und Umsetzungsaktivitäten
  • Überwachung von Projektfortschritten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen, Anforderungen und Geschäftsregeln
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Behebung fachlicher Störungen

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung agiler Entwicklungsteams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban und DevOps
  • Technisches Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement mit User Stories, Epics und Use Cases
  • Kenntnisse in der Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung von Anforderungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Abstimmung mit Entwicklern und Architekten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
