Aufgaben:

  • Design und Implementierung von Services und Schnittstellen gemäß Architekturvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, technische Konzeption und Aufwandsschätzung
  • Sicherstellung der Codequalität durch Reviews, Pair Programming und Einhaltung von Coding-Guidelines
  • Aufbau und Pflege automatisierter Tests (Unit, Integration, Contract und Performance) sowie Entwicklung von Testdaten-Strategien
  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von CI/CD-Pipelines zur Build-, Test- und Deployment-Automatisierung
  • Durchführung von Troubleshooting und Root-Cause-Analysen in komplexen Umgebungen sowie Unterstützung im Incident- und Problem-Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Betrieb/DevOps, Security und Fachbereichen zur ganzheitlichen Lösungsfindung
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, insbesondere Architekturübersichten, API-Spezifikationen und Runbooks
  • Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung von Entwicklerkollegen sowie Förderung von Best Practices
  • Bewertung des fachlich-technischen Nutzens von KI-Services und -Modellen
  • Integration bereitgestellter KI-Funktionen sowie LLM- und ML-APIs in bestehende Services unter Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz und Compliance

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Softwarearchitektur, insbesondere mit Spring und OpenShift
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in API-Design, verteilten Systemen, Datenzugriff und Integrationen (REST, Messaging und Microservices)
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Testautomatisierung und Observability (Logging, Metrics und Tracing)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse-, Strukturierungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit, auch in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von KI-/ML-Konzepten und -APIs zur Integration bestehender KI-Funktionen sowie zur Bewertung ihres Nutzens, ihrer Qualität und ihrer Datenschutzaspekte

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
