Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen im Energiehandel, agil, klassisch oder hybrid, inklusive Scope, Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Budget
  • Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Prozessen im Energiehandel, insbesondere in den Bereichen Asset Power, erneuerbare Energien und Direktvermarktung
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in Spezifikationen, Epics, User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und strukturierte Arbeitspakete
  • Erarbeitung und Bewertung von Lösungsoptionen gemeinsam mit IT-Architektur, Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Meilenstein- und Abhängigkeitsplänen sowie transparente Fortschritts- und Entscheidungssteuerung
  • Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder, Moderation von Workshops und Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen Business, IT, Management und Lieferanten
  • Identifikation benötigter Projektrollen und Skill-Profile sowie Koordination externer Ressourcen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Vollständigkeit von Anforderungen, Entscheidungsunterlagen, Statusberichten und Übergaben an Betrieb bzw. Produktteams

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Projektleitung und Business Analyse mit nachweisbarer Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Lieferung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und agilen Methoden, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum oder vergleichbar)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kollaborations-, Anforderungs- und Projektsteuerungswerkzeugen wie Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps oder Jira/Confluence
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen, Prozesse und Lösungsoptionen strukturiert zu analysieren und in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete zu überführen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Business, IT-Architektur, Product Teams und externen Partnern

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
