Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Steuerung des Teilprojekts zur Einführung neuer EC-Aufwerter in den Betriebsrestaurants
  • Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Ladeterminals und SAP-Buchhaltung, Warenwirtschaft sowie Data Lake/Reporting
  • Steuerung der Integration von Zahlsystemen mit CC- und EC-Applikationen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Terminen, Ressourcen und Budgets sowie Durchführung des Risikomanagements
  • Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern zur Aufnahme von Geschäftsanforderungen und Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Umsetzung
  • Koordination interner Teams und externer Dienstleister über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Teams zur prozessualen Integration
  • Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität sowie der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards und -richtlinien
  • Förderung der Benutzerakzeptanz durch Kommunikation, Schulungen und geeignete Supportmaßnahmen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder IT-Studium mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
  • Affinität zu hardwarelastigen und infrastrukturellen Projekten
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Teammanagement- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Dienstfahrten zu den Betriebsstätten

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
