Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb und Betreuung von Input-Management-Systemen
  • Administration von Captiva-Capture- und ProSAR/AIDA-basierten Anwendungen
  • Betreuung von E-Mail-Response-Systemen
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Systemproblemen auf Kundensystemen
  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemmodule
  • Optimierung und Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen
  • Direkter technischer Kundenkontakt im Rahmen des Systembetriebs

Anforderungen:

  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Server-Betriebssystemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und IBM DB2
  • Kenntnisse in XML und allgemeinen Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Betreuung von Input-Management-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Captiva Capture, ProSAR/AIDA oder vergleichbaren Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und technische Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
