Die Alraune gGmbH ist ein Träger von Ausbildungs-, Beschäftigungs- und Berufsvorbereitungsmaßnahmen. Zu diesem Zweck bietet die Alraune gGmbH in ihren handwerklichen und gastronomischen Betrieben vorrangig für langzeitarbeitslose Menschen sowie für benachteiligte oder schulpflichtige Jungerwachsene sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse, Ausbildungsplätze und Umschulungen an.

Wir suchen für unsere gastronomischen Betriebe eine Gastronomiehilfe für den Service/Verkauf und Küchenbereich, die Freude an der Arbeit und am Umgang mit Gästen hat.

Die Alraune gGmbH bietet in folgenden Stadtteilen gastronomische Betriebe: Eimsbüttel, Stellingen, Altona und Schnelsen.

Aufgaben:

  • Hilfe beim Vor- und Zubereiten von warmen Speisen, Salaten, Gebäck und Snacks
  • Essensausgabe, Getränkeausschank
  • Bedienung eines digitalen Kassensystems
  • bei Eignung Mithilfe bei Inventur und Abrechnung

Fachkenntnisse und Fertigkeiten:

  • Freude an der Arbeit in Küche
  • Freude am kundenorientierten Umgang mit Gästen und Kindern
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Motivation
  • gute Umgangsformen und positives Erscheinungsbild
  • -Erfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber keine Grundvoraussetzung
