### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen – durch professionelle, gründliche Reinigung und ein gepflegtes Ambiente.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
  • Reinigung / Housekeeping unserer Ferienwohnungen
  • Betten ab- und beziehen , frische Wäsche vorbereiten
  • Gründliche Reinigung von Bad, Küche, Böden und Wohnbereichen
  • Auffüllen von Verbrauchsmaterialien (Seife, Toilettenpapier, etc.)
  • Endkontrolle vor Gästebuchungen (Sauberkeit, Geruch, Ordnung)
  • Koordination mit dem Verwaltungsteam , wenn etwas fehlt oder repariert werden muss
  • Dokumentation erledigter Arbeiten (z. B. über WhatsApp oder App)

### Arbeitszeit & Einsatzplanung

  • Einsätze regelmäßig nach Gästebuchungen , gelegentlich auch spontan
  • Arbeitszeit zwischen 11:00 und 16:00 Uhr
  • Durchschnittlich 3 bis 5 Einsätze pro Woche (auch am Wochenende )
  • Dauer pro Reinigung: ca. 1,5 - 3 Stunden pro Einheit

### Vergütung & Rahmenbedingungen

  • Stundenlohn: 17 – 20 € (abhängig von Erfahrung und Leistung)
  • Beschäftigungsart: Minijob
  • Start: ab sofort
  • Ort: Köln-Porz, Köln-Kalk, Köln-Mülheim

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie , Reinigung oder Hauswirtschaft
  • Zuverlässigkeit , Gründlichkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft, auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten und kurzfristige Einsätze zu übernehmen
