Das Alice Haus ist ein Alten- und Pflegeheim der Alice Schwesternschaft vom Deutschen Roten Kreuz e.V. mit insgesamt 94 betreuten Bewohnern. Wir suchen ab sofort für den stationären pflegerischen Bereich

Examinierte Pflegehelfer (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Aufgabengebiet :

  • Professionelle Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Beobachtung der Bewohner und des Umfeldes
  • Schaffung einer angstfreien, freundlichen Umgebung
  • Psychosoziale Betreuung der Bewohner

Folgendes sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • abgeschlossene 1jährige Ausbildung zum Alten- oder Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d)
  • Freundlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen unseren Senioren gegenüber
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Kooperationsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst einschließlich Wochenend- ggfs. Nachtdienst
  • Bereitschaft zur Umsetzung des Pflege- und Unternehmensleitbildes.
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.
