  • Für einen IT-Dienstleister aus Köln, suchen wir mehrere Mitarbeiter/innen (m/w/d) für den 1st Level Support.
  • Remote ist optional
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entgegennahme und detaillierte Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen in einem Ticketsystem
  • Unmittelbare Aufnahme von Störungen und Anfragen sowie Lösungsvorschläge
  • Weiterleitung der vorqualifizierten Anfragen an den 2nd Level Support
  • Aktive Überwachung und Nachverfolgung der Kundenanfragen gemäß Vorgabe
  • Vorbereitung und Versendung von Servicemailings
  • Pflege der Kundendaten, Dokumentation wichtiger Arbeitsabläufe
  • Erstellung von Update- und Dienstplänen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Eine geeignete Ausbildung in der IT- (z.B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, Systemadministrator o.ä.)
  • Hohe Affinität zu Softwarelösungen im Gesundheitswesen
  • PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Browsern und ein gut ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Einwandfreie Kundenorientierung und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Exakte und absolut zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
