### IHRE NEUEN AUFGABEN

  • Als 1st-Level-Support (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Anfragen
  • Dabei analysieren und lösen Sie technische Störungen und unterstützen Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Sie dokumentieren Störungen und deren Lösungen im Ticketsystem
  • Komplexere Anfragen leiten Sie an nachgelagerte Supportteams weiter
  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst zudem die Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen

### IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Sie bringen eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im 1st-Level-Support (m/w/d), IT-Support (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, kommunikationsstark und strukturiert im Umgang mit Anwendern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
