  • Support : Sie sind aktiver Teil des 1st Level Supports in allen Fragen rund um IT, Anwendungen oder Prozesse.
  • Wissensmanagement : Durch den Aufbau und die Weitentwicklung eines Dokumentationssystem tragen Sie aktiv zum Selbsthilfesystem für die Mitarbeitenden der Bank bei.
  • Schulungen : Sie entwickeln Schulungen zu Standardanwendungen der Bank und führen diese durch.
  • Administration : Sie administrieren im bankinternen TopDesk System.

  • Ausbildung : Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erfahrung : Nach Ihrer Ausbildung konnten Sie bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld sammeln.
  • Lösungsorientierung : Sie denken in Lösungen können diese auch selbstsicher via verschiedener Kommunikationswege transportieren.
