  • 1st-Level Supporter für Bonn (m/w/d)
  • Vollzeit

Das ist zu tun:

  • Hotline und Ticketbearbeitung für Windows Clients und Microsoft Office Produkte
  • Annahme von Nutzeranfragen
  • Erstanalyse 1st Level Support
  • Dokumentation in Incident Management Tool

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse
  • gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office
  • ideal: Erfahrung im Support/telefonischen Betreuung von Anwendern und bei Ticketsystemen
  • Gutes Deutsch
  • Englisch Grundkenntnisse
  • Interesse an dieser Aufgabe?
