Superior Cleaning is seeking a dependable, high-performing professional to join our team as a Field Operations Cleaning Technician.

This is a key, trusted position within our company. You will support multiple commercial properties , step in where needed, and help ensure our standards of excellence are consistently delivered across all locations.

This is not an entry-level cleaning role — we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed.

Shift: Hours are somewhat flexible

1st 9am- 530pm

Work Settings: Office buildings and manufacturing facilities

Duties Include:

• •Emptying trash and recycling
• •Dusting and wiping surfaces
• •Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• •Cleaning and restocking restrooms

Position Responsibilities:

• •Perform commercial cleaning services (offices, banks, industrial facilities, etc.)
• •Travel between assigned job sites
• •Support site teams and fill in as needed
• •Maintain high-quality standards at every location
• •Work independently and efficiently
• •Represent Superior Cleaning with professionalism

• •Must be 18 years or older
• •Must have reliable transportation
• •Ability to lift 25 lbs overhead
• •Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• •Must pass a background check and drug test
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Strong attendance record and punctuality
• •Ability to travel between multiple job sites
