Job Description:

Your Impact in This Role

As a Production Supervisor , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Production Leadership

• •Lead daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations
• •Supervise employees and subcontractors with safety as the top priority
• •Drive accountability and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions
• •Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements
• •Develop and manage annual production work plans

Operational Excellence

• •Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• •Apply lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques
• •Ensure production aligns with budget and operational targets
• •Partner with teams to solve issues quickly and effectively

Production Planning & Execution

• •Ensure production targets and schedules are met
• •Collaborate closely with production schedulers and leadership
• •Proactively address delays, challenges, or resource gaps

Quality, Efficiency & Cost Control

• •Balance customer requirements with production efficiency
• •Maintain high standards in quality, output, and cost management

People Leadership

• •Lead, coach, and develop your team for long-term success
• •Build a strong, collaborative, high-performing work environment
• •Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Education

• •High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• •3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• •Experience with lean manufacturing / process improvement
• •Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems
• •Ability to troubleshoot 480VAC / 3-phase systems
• •Hands-on experience with:
• •Mechanical conveyors, motors, pulleys
• •Rigging and heavy equipment handling

Additional Strengths

• •Six Sigma certification (a plus)
• •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word required)
• •Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
