Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst u.a.:

  • Bedarfs- und fachgerechte Pflege und Wundversorgung der Patienten
  • Fachgerechte Umsetzung medizinischer Anordnungen
  • Dokumentation der pflegerischen Leistungserbringung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärzten und Therapeuten

Dein Profil:

  • Fachkraft mit Staatsexamen in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Altenpflege
  • Alternativ Fachkraft mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann
  • Eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit pflegerischer Fachkompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gewohnt, selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig zu arbeiten
