Position Summary
Handling all processes related to technical for building samples.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. Setup machines and fixtures for soldering line and final assembly line.
Produce, test and repair product.
Analyze and improve efficiency, productivity and quality.
Layout and setup for New Production Introduction (NPI) project and transfer project.
Layout and setup for internal sample request from other departments.
Work closely with cross-functional team such as Test System Development (TSD), Production Engineering (PE) and Factory Project Manager (FPM) to get support related to technical.
Training and support staff, worker of sample team and production team on new and existing processes.
Other tasks as duly assigned by the Sample Build Supervisor.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience
+3 years of working experience.
Working experience in electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
Good command of English or Chinese language.
Must have good communication and teamwork skill.
Education, Licenses & Certification
Bachelor degree or higher with majoring in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, etc.
Work Conditions
44 hours per week. Two Saturdays off per month.
Working in the office, the production area.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
