  • You'll contribute to real programs that influence how orders are fulfilled, how transportation flows across Australia, and how we improve the systems that underpin network performance — work that has direct impact on delivery speed, cost, and customer experience.

This is a 3-month internship where you'll work alongside experienced program managers, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and build practical skills in program delivery, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Please note: To be eligible for this program you will need to be available for the full internship period and have full working rights for 3 months from Dec 2026 - Feb 2027

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Support active workstreams within Network Design, including transportation time optimization and configuration initiatives

Assist with tracking program status, risks, and milestones across the portfolio

Contribute to cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams

Analyze data and metrics to surface insights and support decision-making

Help document processes and support knowledge management across the team

Basic qualifications

  • - Currently in penultimate year, completing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
  • - Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
  • - Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • - Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • - Curiosity about supply chain, logistics, or operations — no prior experience required

Preferred qualifications

  • - Exposure to project or program management (coursework, clubs, or work experience)
  • - Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data visualisation tools
