The 24/7 Restaurant Server provides friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. This position helps create a welcoming guest experience through menu knowledge, prompt service, and attention to guest needs.

Responsibilities:

• •Greet guests warmly and assist them to their tables as needed.
• •Take and enter guest orders promptly and accurately.
• •Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• •Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, including refilling beverages and checking on guest satisfaction.
• •Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• •Follow restaurant safety procedures, food service standards, and alcohol awareness requirements.
• •Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas; assist with clearing and resetting tables.
• •Complete assigned side work and support team members during service.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• •Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• •Excellent guest service and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in English for guest service and work-related instructions.
• •Friendly, outgoing demeanor and a genuine interest in food and hospitality.
• •Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• •Knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• •Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• •Must be at least 18 years old.
• •Must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable law.
• •Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, bending, stooping, and using hands throughout the shift.
• •Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 45 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
