Für unseren Standort Pilsting suchen wir ab sofort eine IT-Fachkraft, die komplexe Supportfälle analysiert, Kunden kompetent unterstützt und Fehler direkt in unseren Webanwendungen behebt – verbindlich im Kontakt, technisch stark und lösungsorientiert.

Unsere Mission

Digitale Prozesse sollen Praxisteams spürbar entlasten und sich möglichst ohne Medienbrüche in bestehende Praxisabläufe integrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technischer 2nd Level: Komplexe Supportfälle analysieren, reproduzieren, priorisieren und nachhaltig lösen.
  • Kundenkontakt: Supportanrufe entgegennehmen und technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären.
  • Fehlerbehebung: Ursachen im Code identifizieren und Fehler in unseren Webanwendungen aktiv beheben.
  • Schnittstellen: Störungen in REST-APIs und angebundenen Systemen untersuchen und eingrenzen.
  • Qualität: Lösungen dokumentieren, wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder erkennen und Abläufe gemeinsam verbessern.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung ist zwingend erforderlich, idealerweise als Fachinformatiker:in.
  • Erfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im technischen Support und/oder in der Webentwicklung.
  • Tech-Stack: Sichere Kenntnisse in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js und REST-APIs.
  • Arbeitsweise: Stark in Fehleranalyse und Debugging, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig.
  • Sprache: Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau C1 – in Wort und Schrift.
