Für unsere Kurzzeitpflegeeinrichtung in Bergkamen suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams examinierte Pflegefachkräfte für 30-40 Stunden in der Woche.

Ihr Profil:

  • 3 jährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Altenpfleger/in oder Kinderkrankenpfleger/in
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • persönliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Engagement, Flexibilität, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Versorgung und Pflege von pflegebedürftigen Bewohnern in der stationären Kurzzeitpflege
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die gesamte Planung und Durchführung der Pflegeprozesse
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam sorgen Sie für eine fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentationen
