Ihr Profil:

  • 3-jährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • persönliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Engagement, Flexibilität, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle, fördernde und wertschätzende Pflege und Betreuung in der stationären Pflege
  • Zuverlässige Planung und Durchführung der Pflegeprozesse
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam sorgen Sie für eine fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentationen
  • Anleitung von pflegerischem Hilfspersonal
