Wir sind ein mittelständisches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit ca. 200 Mitarbeitern in 4 Bundesländern. Mit unserem breiten Spektrum an Dienstleistungen, sind wir seit 1998 eine feste Größe in der Region Landsberg und darüber hinaus und sind die All-in-One-Lösung für Gebäudemanagement.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) mit beruflichen Erfahrungen in der Unterhaltsreinigung im Raum Landsberg.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Erstunterweisung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen / Einarbeitung und Belehrung von Mitarbeitern
  • Qualitätskontrollen in den Objekten
  • Übernahme von Vertretung in der Unterhaltsreinigung
  • Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter / innen
  • Überprüfung der Arbeitsmaterialen
  • Materialbestellung
  • Mitwirken zusammen mit der übergeordneten Führungskraft an Personaldisposition, Lohnvorbereitung,
  • Urlaubsplanung und Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Arbeitszeiten
