  • Pflegefachkraft im Hospiz (m/w/d)
  • Bereich und Standort: Hospiz Ursula, Altenhilfe und Hospize, Leutkirch im Allgäu
  • Umfang und Befristung: bis 90 % und unbefristet
  • Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach Prinzipien von Palliative Care sowie Begleitung der Gäste auch im Sterbeprozess
  • Systematische Planung, Steuerung und Überprüfung sowie fachgerechte Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse mit dem Pflegeprogramm Vivendi
  • Begleitung der Angehörigen im Prozess des Abschiednehmens
  • Unterstützung bei einem selbstbestimmten Leben mit möglichst hoher Lebensqualität
  • Vorausschauende Planung und Mitwirkung bei einer professionellen Symptomkontrolle
  • Dein Profil für uns:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d) oder Altenpfleger (w/m/d)
  • Bestenfalls bereits eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Palliative Care, diese ist jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig und kann bei uns erworben werden
  • Erfahrung im Palliativ-/ Hospizbereich, der Symptomkontrolle und Begleitung schwerstkranker Menschen ist von Vorteil
  • Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Empathie zeichnet dich aus
