Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Modeling Artist with strong expertise in high-quality 3D asset creation for CGI and real-time workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, delivering production-ready assets, and maintaining high quality standards across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Create high-poly, highly detailed models for CGI workflows.
• •Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for GLB / real-time pipelines.
• •Understand client requirements clearly and follow defined modeling guidelines.
• •Ensure high-quality output and consistency across projects.
• •Optimize models for performance without compromising visual quality.
• •Contribute ideas for workflow improvement and production efficiency.
• •Stay updated with and use the latest 3D AI tools to enhance productivity.
• •Independently handle projects from requirement understanding to final delivery.
• •Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Technical Skills Required:

• •Strong expertise in any one (or more) of:
• •Autodesk Maya
• •Blender
• •3ds Max

• •Advanced knowledge of:
• •High-poly & detailed modeling (CGI pipeline)
• •Low-poly optimization for GLB / real-time workflow

• •Strong sculpting skills in ZBrush
• •Knowledge of organic and hard-surface sculpting workflows
• •Basic working knowledge of Marvelous Designer (for cloth simulation)
• •Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and model optimization
• •Familiarity with latest AI-based 3D tools and automation workflows

Experience Required:
