## Deine Aufgaben

  • IT-Experte für unser Laborinformationssystem OPUS::L (Klinische Chemie, Mikrobiologie, Immunhämatologie und Transfusionsmedizin)
  • Selbständige, kompetente Fehleranalyse und Erarbeitung von Problemlösungen in bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Beratung und Service
  • Qualifizierte Eskalation von Softwarefehlern und Kundenanforderungen
  • Schulung und Wissenstransfer in den Supportteams
  • Professionelle und lösungsorientierte telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation

## Dein Profil

  • IT-Studium oder -Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung oder IT
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Skriptsprachen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL-Abfragen und Datenbankmanagement
  • Erfahrungen mit Linux (bspw. Shell) vorteilhaft
  • Neugier auf einen Job im agilen Team und im krisenfesten Sektor Gesundheitswesen
  • Eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise und hohem Qualitätsanspruch
