  • Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme, die auf den unteren
  • Support-Ebenen ungelöst blieben Profil Fachkenntnisse in Netzwerken,
  • Betriebssystemen, Datenbanken und IT-Infrastrukturen Abgeschlossenes
  • Studium oder Ausbildung in der IT oder eine vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im 3rd Level IT-Support Erfahrung mit
  • der Analyse von Systemprotokollen und der Lösung komplexer
  • IT-Probleme Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und
  • Belastbarkeit Kundenorientierung und ein ausgeprägtes
  • Servicebewusstsein Perspektiven Jahresgehalt abhängig von Ihrer
