- Festanstellung. Gehaltsrange: 50.000 - 60.000 € Aufgaben
- Koordination mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen
- Dienstleistern zur Problemlösung Durchführung tiefgehender Analysen
- und Diagnosen Implementierung von Systemverbesserungen und
- Optimierungen Unterstützung des 2nd Level Support-Teams bei der
- Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme Erstellung umfassender
- Dokumentationen zu Lösungen und Arbeitsprozessen Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie
- oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support,
- insbesondere im 3rd Level Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in
- fortgeschrittener Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung Expertise in
- verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, Servertechnologien und
- Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Perspektiven Attraktive Vergütung mit bis
- zu 55.000€ brutto Jahresgehalt 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr Möglichkeit
