  • Optimierungen Unterstützung des 2nd Level Support-Teams bei der
  • Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme Erstellung umfassender
  • Dokumentationen zu Lösungen und Arbeitsprozessen Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support,
  • insbesondere im 3rd Level Support Fundierte Kenntnisse in
  • fortgeschrittener Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung Expertise in
  • verschiedenen Betriebssystemen, Servertechnologien und
  • Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Perspektiven Attraktive Vergütung mit bis
  • zu 55.000€ brutto Jahresgehalt 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr Möglichkeit
