What You'll Do

As a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment that keeps our production lines operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• •Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• •Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• •Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• •Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment
• •Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
• •Maintain building systems and facility equipment
• •Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives
• •Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •Manufacturing maintenance experience required
• •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• •Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• •PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• •Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• •Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
