5S-Koordinator (m/w/d) Logistik

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Durchführung und Steuerung von 5S Audits und Rundgängen in Wareneingang & Lager, internem Transport sowie Verpackung & Versand
  • Erstellung und Pflege von praxisnahen Checklisten, Standards und Visualisierungen (z. B. Lagerkennzeichnungen, Stellplatzsysteme, Bodenmarkierungen)
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Schwachstellen
  • Ableitung und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Teamleitern und Betriebsleitern zur Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder logistische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Logistik, Wareneingang, Lager oder Produktion
  • Grundkenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lean Methoden, insbesondere 5S und Kaizen, idealerweise mit Umsetzungserfahrung
  • Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eigeninitiative und proaktives Handeln
  • Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
