Participate in efforts to prepare weekly analytic runs and decision-ready case packages.

Apply case-file QA checklists and sampling plans, and support quality reviews of workpapers and deliverables.

Help develop intake and triage SOPs, the case lifecycle and status taxonomy, and workflow process maps and RACI charts, aligned with CIRTS practices.

Support preparation of monthly governance and milestone reports, dashboards, outcome summaries, and ad hoc white papers for VA leadership.

Coordinate and document meetings with OIC, VHA, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) stakeholders.

Track action items and follow-ups through completion.
