Wir suchen ab sofort unbefristet einen Koch, eine Köchin in Vollzeit (157,50 Stunden/Monat).

Unser bayrisches Gasthaus liegt am südlichen Stadtrand von Ingolstadt. Wir haben im Lokal ca 90 Sitzplätze und im Biergarten ca 110 Sitzplätze. Die Einrichtung ist bayrisch/gemütlich, der Küchenstil bayrisch/international.

Ihre Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten sind unter anderem wie folgt.

  • Vorbereitung, Zubereitung, Anrichten der Speisen im a la Carte
  • Wareneingang, Warenausgang, pfleglicher Umgang mit den gestellten Lebensmitteln
  • Mitarbeit in der Vorbereitung und auch teilweise in der Ausgabe vor Ort im Catering
  • Beachten der gesetzlichen und hygienetechnischen Vorschriften
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst(1 Wochenende im Monat frei), kein Teildienst

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • oder fundiertes Fachwissen in Theorie und Praxis mit. Sie arbeiten flexibel, selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Gerne auch aus verwandten Berufsgruppen im Lebensmittelbereich.
