Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen von Spritzgussmaschinen inkl. Werkzeugwechsel und –wartung
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs nach Vorgabe – Qualität und Stückzahlen im Blick
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung einfacher Störungen sowie Unterstützung bei Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten sowie Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Hygienevorgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Werkzeuge / Prozesse und ggf. Mitwirken bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (KVP)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Mechatronik, Industrie­mechaniker) oder bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bedien- oder Wartungsbereich von Maschinen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Spritzgussanlagen oder Kunststoffverarbeitung, gern aber auch technikaffin mit Lernbereitschaft
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, gutes technisches Verständnis sowie systematische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh / Spät) – ggf. auch Wochenend­einsatz nach Absprache
  • Team­fähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
