Wir sind ein angesehenes, inhabergeführtes Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen im Raum Schorndorf. Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein marktführendes mittelständisches Industrieunternehmen, ab sofort einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Sachbearbeiter im Versand.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung aller Versand- und Exportaufträge (National/EU)
  • Auftragssachbearbeitung im Vertrieb
  • Erstellung aller relevanten Fracht-, Begleit- und Zolldokumente
  • Organisation von Transporten (LKW, See- und Luftfracht) bei Speditionen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Verfolgung von Sendungen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Vertrieb) zum fristgerechten Versand

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • abgeschlossene dreijährige kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Versand
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in einem ERP-System und in MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
